CROWNS

Dental crowns are sometimes referred to as ‘teeth caps’. They are a restorative technique designed to reconstruct damaged teeth that are beyond repair with simple fillings. A crown will cover a broken part of a tooth and restore its strength and function whilst looking natural.

Crowns can also be used to reshape teeth that are uneven and can improve the appearance of teeth that might have become discoloured due to fillings or decay. Crowns can be made from various materials. All ceramic crowns are more cosmetic and less destructive than conventional crowns which have a metal core. For tooth reconstruction that is natural looking, durable and functional, dental crowns can be an ideal solution.
